Newark N.J. with three Patent numbers, Chrome-Plate pinking shears.  They measure 9" long.
Richards
Sheffield England - Radiant Golden Age Rustless, with Inlaid Stainless Steel, Brit. & Overseas Pat.  They measure 7 1/2" long.
