Fred Mueller High Back Western Saddle - 14"
Fred Mueller Western antique high back saddle in WONDERFUL working condition. This saddle has been very well cared for over the years and is overall GREAT condition. Saddle is stamped multiple times with the Fred Mueller logo. The leather is fairly supple and easy to handle! Leather has been well cleaned/conditioned over the years. The leather does show normal wear and scratches. One concho is missing on the front and the lariat strap buckle needs to be repaired.
The seat measures 14" from the base of the horn to the edge of the cantle with a smooth leather seat. The gullet measures 5" from the nearest inside points making it a regular quarter horse tree. Saddle measures 28" total in length. Stirrup leathers are lace style and fender measures 18".
The fleece is in okay condition, expected from the age. Saddle is VERY well made and great for your collection!
Overall wonderful condition for trail riding or working horses!
