This service is for IPhone back glass repair ONLY. No other repair will be performed.
A special laser machine is used to remove the back glass precisely. We will reapply(Glue) a brand new glass afterward. We do not open the phone to check inside. We do not test the phone or power on the phone. We are not responsible for any functionality issues.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  This service is not for you if your phone's frame is bent or damaged! Please do not buy this service if the phone is bent in any way or has a damaged frame.
Steps to follow:
1. Purchase this service.
2. Wait for us to send you a message with our shipping address.
3. Securely pack your phone and ship it to us(You are responsible for the shipping fee). Please ship the phone only. Do not ship any accessories. Please put a note in the package with the order number or your eBay ID.
4. Send us a message with the tracking number, IPhone model and color.
5. Relax. We will do the repair(Within 1 business day) and ship it back to your Ebay address. Return shipping is free.

Please Note: Return shipping is by default with USPS first class mail. The package will be hand delivered to the USPS clerk for acceptance scan. Although it is very rare, package can get lost by the mail carriers (Hopefully never!). We will NOT be responsible for any package lost by the carriers. So please understand the risk.
