Three small but mighty tape measures. The tape pulls out with a series of high-quality clicks and stays extended until you press the button in the center to retract it automatically.
I know what you're thinking...it's probably a really cheap toy from China, one will be broken upon arrival, the second will break down within a week, and then you'll just throw the third one in the garbage.
To be honest, there are no markings but they probably were made in China. However, they are NOT cheap toys, in spite if what they look like. They extend to about 46" and retract very quickly at the press of the center button - so quickly that I would not recommend them to be used unsupervised under the age of 8.
Measurements are in INCHES on one side of the plastic-coated cloth tape, and CENTIMETERS on the other.
Here's what will actually happen if you buy this trio.... You'll love how handy this is and Number 1 will find a permanent home in your "everything" drawer or basket as your go-to measuring device when you can't find a ruler. (It's colorful and easy to spot even in a clutter cluster). You'd be wise to place Number 2 in your glove box for emergencies. You'd be surprised how many ways a tape measure/ruler comes in handy in case of an accident, ticket or discrepancy.
And unfortunately, tape measure Number 3 will be stolen from you by someone close when your guard is down.
