Receipt of Damaged Package through shipping
• Claims of shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package by addressee. We will file insurance claim on behalf of the addressee. We require a photo of the damage in order to process claim.
Return Policy
Please contact us for RGA number before returning any item.
We offer full refund for returned items if the returns meet following conditions:
• The return must be our product.
• The return is in original condition and
not installed

• The return is made within 14 days of purchase date.
• The return has enclosed our RGA number (Return Goods Authorization) and document to show proof of purchase.
• The returned item is well packed and not damaged.
• If the returned item is damaged, it will not qualify for refund.
• Refund for any item charged with freight will be purchase price only, and return freight is not refundable.
• Please allow 5 to 7 working days to process the refund after receipt at our facility.
Replacement under extended warranty protection
• Item must be returned for replacement under one year warranty program.
• Cause of failure must be defect in manufacturing, not caused by other component failure.
• All returned components will be tested on factory test stand to confirm failure mode prior to replacement.
• eBay paperwork must be included with return including part number, item number, eBay order and ship information in order to qualify for replacement.
Returned item must be our component to qualify for replacement.
• Should component not meet the above criteria,
no replacement will be provided.
