Studebaker Parts Book Reference Rack with 11 Studebaker/Packard & Avanti Parts Books. these books are used, These books are dirty/dusty and have smudges in them, there are wrinkles, worn spots and stains and there is writing and notes on most of the pages. some pages may be torn or missing but with a little looking I was able to find what I was looking for. the books in this reference rack cover 1947-50 Cars, 1951-54 Cars, 1953-58 Body, 1955-58 Cars, 1959-64 Body, 1959-64 Chassis, 1965-66 Cars, 1963-64 Avanti, 1949-56 Trucks, 1957-61 Trucks, 1962-63 Trucks. the rack that holds the books is made of metal by the Master Products Company Los Angeles Ca. I don't know the age of the reference rack but it seems fairly old and I think they are still made by the Master Products co. the books are held in by metal clips that slide into slots on the base (seen in the picture of the bottom). this rack will hold up to 24 books so there is room to add more if needed, I forgot to measure the dimensions of the reference rack and the books but I would say the measurements are just an inch or two under the shipping box measurements. the books have vehicle identification, engine codes and vehicle models at the begining of each book, the books have all the part numbers listed at the back of each book to locate the section the part number can be found in. the books have parts illustrations at the begining of each section, each section tells you the illustration number, studebaker part numbers and sometimes the manufacture part numbers. it gives you a description of the part, notes if any, vehicle symbols and Model numbers the part is used on and how many are used per vehicle. these books were really helpful in finding what vehicles the parts with part numbers were used on and would be helpfull in finding what part numbers are used on your vehicles. I say this reference rack is a must have for any Studebaker Shop or Studebaker Vendor who needs to find out what vehicles thier parts are used on.
these books are yellowing from age and these Books aren't in the best shape but The print is still clear and these books are still very readable and usable.

I have opened the books to the middle and added some paper to the center, then shrink wrapped the reference rack with some used shrink wrap to keep the books secure during shipment. I then taped used thick cardboard around the reference rack for protection and then taped a new shipping box around the outside of the whole thing. there are spots on the sides where the outside shipping box flaps didn't cover the inside thick cardboard but I believe this will be ok for shipping. I have marked the box "top", "front" & "Back Side" with up arrows and "this side up" so hopefully it will stay right side up during shipping. these books were hard for me to box up in more ways than one so hopefully the new owner will find them as usefull as I have.
The Shipping Box Measures about 34" x 19" x 15" using the longest sides and weighs about 50 pounds.
