US Vietnam War M1 Helmet W/ Mitchell Camo Cover Liner M1C Paratrooper Liner Nice

For sale here is a great looking US Vietnam War M1 Combat Helmet.  This helmet is complete with shell, M1C Jump Liner, Mitchell Camo Cover, and Straps.  Unfortunately, the shell straps do not have the snap for snapping into the liner.  The Mitchell cover is nice, but does show some wear, and appears to be 1968 dated based on the contract number.  I did not remove the cover for taking pictures.  The clip on OD canvas straps are in nice condition.  From looking inside of the shell, i do not see any signs of heavy dings, dents, or overpaints.  The shell is a rear seam swivel bale.  The liner is in good condition, but does show some soiling/staining to the top.  The webbing is strong, and the chin cup is present.  The top of the dome is stamped Firestone logo plus 1.  The leather sweatband shows some light wear, but is nice and supple and has a DSA contract number with no date.  The liner fits the shell slightly off kilter.  This is a good looking helmet that will wear or display well.
