Helmet is painted yellow with 3 red stripes to mimic the RVN flag. Visor housing is painted to look like the Texas flag. Has Lt Col. R. Reeves across lower front of visor housing. Right ear cover has Bad Spad Driver and left ear has US color Roundel. Back of helmet has Red River Rider arching across with Triple R 6 which was probably his call sign. Helmet label marked by Gentex sz medium with Contract #N383-66584A. Oxygen mask included is a MBU-5/P dated June 1954. Helmet comes with paperwork explaining origins. Helmet was displayed at the Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin in 2018.
