Up for auction is an original South Vietnamese ARVN Black Beret Armored Tank Division Officer Beret.
This is a 100% original Vietnam war time Saigon made Beret in used condition. I have been told by a Vietnamese gentlemen who was
enlisted
ARVN during the war that the insignia on this beret is for an NCO.   The exterior is in good shape with no mothing. There was a  repair made in the back where it is tied showing signs of actual use.  Also I have pointed out with red arrows 2 small holes that are behind the metal insignia.  The leather trim
around
the bottom of the beret is in great condition with solid
stitching
. The liner is a blueish gray color and in great shape as well with original Saigon maker label and size 57.
