Vintage ATCO USA Brass Rimmed 2 1/2" Magnifying Glass Black Bakelite? Handle

Vintage ATCO USA
14 mm wide Brass Rimmed
2 1/2" Magnifying Glass
with detachable Ridged Black Bakelite? Handle
(marked 1/2" on the bottom)----> see last photo
measures 5 7/8" long and weighs 3 1/4 ounces
the brass was painted black
and I removed most of it ..to expose the solid brass
there is a tiny 2-3mm scratch..and that's it!
I have owned this for too many years ...probably 50 or more!!!
