This is a nice vintage Italy hot dropped forged steel scissors with a wood box. The box at one time also had a letter opener I
believe. The scissors are in good condition but the box has some wear and it comes exactly as shown. The scissors measure 9 1/2" long and the box measures 10 3/4" x 4 1/2"
