Vintage Keystone Telebinocular - estimated 1990’s

Description

Used as a vision screener in an optometry office for years, this machine was left behind when they moved out. We’ve had this in our back office since 1994 so I’m not sure how old this is or if it’s functional though it doesn’t seem to have any damage whatsoever. All 12 cards (pictured) are included as well as dust cover.
