Vintage Metal Military Helmet Metal with Straps

A great old metal military helmet.  It has seen better days but is very solid
It has a chin strap but no liner.
I am not knowledgeable about this so I am hoping the pictures will answer most of your questions; however, I am happy to try & answer any questions you might have.
Measures approximately 12 1/2" long, 11" wide, 5 1/2" tall
