Vintage Western Saddle with a modern day size seat! Usually these things are for tiny riders. Everyone measures differently , I included a picture. From back of horn to top of cantle, it's about 16", but it's high back and pommel is angled forward so I feel 15 1/2" is more accurate. The saddle has seen use and the leather is worn, fleece is mostly compressed, horn cap is gone, skirts are curling under. One fender has definitely been replaced, the other looks too good in comparison to the skirt leather to be original. It is solid. The stirrup leathers are in very good condition. It has been ridden in, but with it being vintage and obviously aged I feel it needs to be said you should consider it a vintage only saddle or take it to a qualified saddle shop for inspection prior to use. At the very least look at the rigging as it's original to the saddle. This, despite being a bigger seat, still is a pretty narrow gullet saddle.
