    Found at an estate sale in a lot that contained 7 such tools. This is American Optical Company Model #12004 White Ophthalmoscope Giantscope. This one is more solid that the other 12004 I have listed here and comes without its original case. This one, however does come with an adapter. It is listed for the 12014 model but it appears to fit with this model as well as the connection is tight.
