    Here is a vintage Seamstress or Tailor Measuring Tape.  It has a piece on the end that states "John Q. Clothes - Knoxville, Tenn - Measure Accurately for a Better Fit."  The attached cloth tape measures 60 inches.  The end piece measures 1 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches approximately.  Good used condition.
    No odors - from a smoke-free home.
